Hara®️ Ayurvedic Breathwork
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, this powerful healing practice is designed to guide individuals towards physical health, emotional freedom and energetic alignment. Incorporating traditional pranayama, Marma, Mudra, Mantra and Asana. This 750+ hour program will allow you to develop as a practitioner, deepen your knowledge of yourself and Ayurveda as well as provide support and heartfelt service to others.
Hara Holistic Education offers this program in alignment with the highest professional standards of the Global Professional Breath Alliance and the International Breath Foundation.

Hara®️ Ayurveda Practitioner
A beautiful immersion in a timeless healing system based out of India to restore balance in the mind and body to align with spirit. In this 750+ hour certification program, you will understand the concepts of Ayurveda and incorporate this knowledge into soothing and therapeutic body treatments. Areas of focus will be: skillful knowledge of ayurvedic energy balancing, sound therapy, shiroabhyanga (head & face massage), Pinda Sweda (herbal detox) and Shirodhara (psychospiritual massage).
Program begins August 2025.

Hara®️ Advanced Ayurveda Practitioner
Continuing on your learning journey, Hara Advanced Ayurveda training will guide you through an in depth professional knowledge of pradabhyanga (reflexology), marma therapy and abhyanga massage. A great addition to your Hara Ayurvedic Therapy Training. This is a master class of 750+ hours.
Program begins: TBD 2026.
